Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since AI Skill Builder provides instant digital content (AI roadmaps and lessons), we follow a limited refund policy:

• Full Refunds: Eligible within 48 hours of purchase ONLY if no AI roadmaps were generated or credits used.
• No Refunds: After 48 hours or once a roadmap has been successfully generated for the user.
• Mistaken Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact support within 24 hours for a full refund of the duplicate charge.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days as per Razorpay and banking protocols. To initiate a request, please email your transaction ID to our support email.
